SBFE Adds Its Third Certified Vendor

The Small Business Financial Exchange, Inc. Board of Directors has approved Equifax, a credit-reporting agency, as the newest SBFE Certified Vendor™.  Equifax now joins SBFE’s current Certified Vendors, Dun & Bradstreet and LexisNexis Risk Solutions.  Under the agreement, Equifax is able to provide continuity of its SBFE Data-driven products and solutions to SBFE Members without Members needing to contribute data outside of the SBFE Data Warehouse™.

“Enabling robust product options through multiple delivery channels while providing our Members the convenience of managing a single data feed that is protected by the industry’s most robust data protections are the primary drivers in the industry creating SBFE’s new business model,” said SBFE CEO Carolyn Hardin-Levine.

Tom Madison SVP & GM, US Commercial Services & Corporate Chief Client Officer said, “We believe small businesses are one of our nation’s most powerful and promising assets.  With the inclusion of SBFE Data in our solution set, we’re pleased to bring our clients the most comprehensive network of data and insights in the industry, engineered to increase access to capital and services for those businesses.”

This announcement sparks a different type of relationship between the two organizations. Equifax will now build and deliver product from SBFE Data provided by the SBFE Data Warehouse. “SBFE is pleased to have Equifax as a Certified Vendor.  We look forward to this step in SBFE’s evolution to serve SBFE’s Members and the small business community in collaboration with our Certified Vendors,” says Hardin-Levine.
